The Harrisburg Cougars Midget Football Association (HCMFA) is a youth football and cheer organization based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Through teamwork, discipline, leadership, and community pride, HCMFA provides a positive and competitive environment where athletes can grow their skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
