General Information
Required to register: Copy of the players birth certificate (new players only), physical exam, proof of school district, and completed waivers (if applicable).
Birth certificates, Physicals, and proof of school can be emailed to us at:
Ages: 5-13 (14yrs old for midget players in the 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year)
A sibling discount of $25 off the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sibling registered applies to both football and cheer registration.
Proof of school registration/ district is required for all football players and cheerleaders
(both new and returning). Proof can be a report card, power school, aspire, and sphere,
etc. Examples can be found on the CFA website at: https://www.cfayfl.com
Registration Fees due: 6/30/2026
All players are required to participate in fundraisers.
$50 in fundraising is required for all players and cheerleaders. Fundraising information can be found on the fundraising page.
New and Returning Football Players:
Early Registration total cost until 5/31/26: $250
Registration Fee: $125 & Required equipment fee: $125
Each player will receive a custom game jersey with name,
game pants, practice pants and jersey, socks, mouthpiece
Regular registration total cost 6/1/26-7/1/26: $275
Registration fee: $150 & Required equipment fee: $125

game pants, practice pants and jersey, socks, mouthpiece
Payments can be made via paypal, zeffy, or in person with cash.
If paying via paypal, please pay with the family and friends option.
